چکیده
مقدمه و هدف: سرطان دهانه رحم رایج ترین علت مرگ ناشی از سرطان در بین زنان است. تقریبا در همه بیماران مبتلا به اين سرطان ، ویروس پاپیلومای انسانی (HPV)علت آن است. این در حالیست که بعضی مطالعات نشان داده است که زنان جوان اطلاعات کمی در مورد سرطان دهانه رحم و HPV دارند و نگرش آنها نسبت به پیشگیری از سرطان دهانه رحم ضعیف است و درک ضعیفی از عوامل خطر مرتبط با سرطان دهانه رحم دارند. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین دانش و نگرش دانشجویان دختر پرستاری و مامایی دانشکده پرستاری – مامایی رازی کرمان راجع به عفونت HPV و سرطان دهانه رحم و درک آنان از رفتارهای خطر در این زمینه در سال 1392 انجام شد.
مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی – تحلیلی از تمامی دانشجویان دختر کارشناسی پرستاری و مامایی دانشکده رازی مشغول به تحصیل در سال 1392(214 نفر) به شیوه سرشماری دعوت شد که در این مطالعه شرکت کنند. پرسشنامه مورد استفاده در این مطالعه AHCCQ[1] بوده است که از 40 گویه و پنج بخش تشکیل شده بود: ا) دانش در رابطه باHPV و سرطان دهانه رحم ؛ 2) درک از رفتارهای خطر HPV و سرطان دهانه رحم ؛ 3) نگرش در رابطه با HPV و سرطان دهانه رحم با مقیاس لیکرت پنج گزینه ای؛ 4) ویژگیهای دموگرافیک و 5) رفتارهای مرتبط با سلامت. شاخص روایی محتوی قسمت اول، دوم و سوم پرسشنامه به ترتیب 99%/0،% 2/97 و %8/95 به دست آمد و آلفای کرونباخ قسمت اول، دوم و سوم به ترتیب 67/0، 72/0 و 78/0 محاسبه گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها توسط نرم افزار SPSS20 و با استفاده از آمار توصیفی (فراوانی، درصد، میانگین، انحراف معیار) و استنباطی (تی مستقل، آنالیز واریانس یکطرفه) انجام شد.
یافته ها: نتایج مطالعه نشان می دهد که میانگین نمره دانش دانشجویان از 6 نمره، 34/1±42/3 بوده است. سن دانشجویان با نگرش آنها راجع به عفونت با HPV و سرطان دهانه رحم در حیطه ی “استعداد ابتلا” (006/0p=) و نمره کل (003/0p=) ارتباط دارد. همچنین آزمون Tukey نشان داد که نمره کل نگرش دانشجویان 19 ساله با 20 ساله (009/0P=) و 20 ساله با 23 ساله (04/0P=) متفاوت بوده است. بین وضعیت تاهل دانشجویان با نگرش آنها در مورد عفونت با HPV و سرطان دهانه رحم در “حیطه شدت و وخامت بیماری” (02/0p=) ارتباط معناداری وجود دارد، بطوریکه از دید افراد مجرد شدت این بیماری بیشتر بوده است. بین سال ورود به دانشگاه و همچنین استفاده از داروهای ضد بارداری خوراکی با درک دانشجویان از رفتارهای خطر مرتبط با عفونت HPV و سرطان دهانه رحم ارتباط معناداری وجود دارد، بطوریکه دانشجویان ورودی سال 1389 (001/0p=) و دانشجویانی که ذکر کرده اند که هرگز از داروهای ضدبارداری خوراکی استفاده نکرده اند (01/0p=)، نسبت به سایر دانشجویان از درک بالاتری برخوردار بوده اند.
نتیجه گیری: نتایج حاصل از مطالعه ما بر نیاز بیشتر به آموزش در مورد سرطان دهانه رحم در بین پرستاران مونث و ماماها دلالت می کند.

سالیانه نیم میلیون مورد جدید سرطان دهانه رحم اتفاق می افتد که منجر به یک چهارم مرگ ها می شود (1). سرطان دهانه رحم دومین سرطان معمول در بین زنان بعداز سرطان سینه در کشورهای درحال توسعه و همچنین، نهمین سرطان تشخیص داده شده معمول در بین زنان سفید و پنجمین سرطان تشخیص داده شده در بین زنان سیاه است. میزان مرگ و میر ناشی از این سرطان در زنان سیاه دو برابر بشتر از زنان سفید است. (2) در تانزانیا جائی که تقریبا 40 میلیون جمعیت دارد، 4/11 میلیون زن در سن باروری و کمتر از آن، در خطر ابتلا به سرطان دهانه رحم قرار دارند (10). تقریبا در همه بیماران مبتلا به سرطان دهانه رحم، ویروس پاپیلومای انسانی علت آن است. این ویروس شایع ترین بیماری منتقله از راه تماس جنسی درایالات متحده آمریکاست. مطالعات اپیدمیولوژیک نشان داده اند که عفونت با ویروس پاپیلومای انسانی مهمترین عامل خطر در پیدایش نئوپلازی اینتراپیتلیال اسکوآموس و سرطان تهاجمی دهانه رحم است(3).اگرچه پاپیلوما ویروس، دلیل کافی سرطان دهانه رحم نیست اما یک دلیل لازم ابتلا به این سرطان است (1).
